Snefe Business is a content management tool that helps content owners — creators, brands and sellers — publish and manage their own short videos on their own TikTok accounts. You connect your account through TikTok's official authorization; you stay in control and can revoke access at any time. This policy explains what data we access and how we handle it.
Only after you authorize us via TikTok's official OAuth, and only for the account you connect, we access through official TikTok APIs:
user.info.basic: open_id, display name, avatar — to confirm which account you authorized and show it to you before publishing.video.publish / video.upload: the video file you upload, its caption, privacy level and publishing status.We do not collect passwords, read messages or friend lists, or access data unrelated to publishing.
Only to: (1) complete the TikTok authorization you initiate; (2) publish and manage videos on the accounts you authorize; (3) show you publishing records and status. We do not sell or rent your data, and do not use it for advertising profiles.
We do not share your data with any third party, except calling official TikTok APIs to perform the actions you request, or where required by law.
Tokens and records are stored on our controlled servers; all transport uses HTTPS. Tokens are kept only while valid and become invalid on expiry or when you revoke access.
You can revoke our access at any time in TikTok: Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions. You may also email support@snefe.com to have your stored tokens and records deleted.
